From humble beginnings in the Upstate/Western New York rave scene Chris Pollock (diskomaster) was catalyzed in the Toronto festival circuit where he experienced the magic of their community, collaboration & artistry.

For 20 years now he has been crafting and shaping his unique sounds as a DJ & more recently taking up production. Along the journey he has been on a mission to raise up other artists & share his passion for weird sonic frequencies.

During Movement Festival 2022 in Detroit, Chris launched his recording label with a group of close friends in the UK, Canada & US. Together birthing into the world : duz recordings. Monday morning they hosted an underground warehouse afterparty celebrating their new label featuring previously under exposed musician friends he’s met along the way.
